You can access your account from any page on our website. There is an icon in the upper right corner that looks like a person, along with the text ‘My account’. By clicking the icon and choosing ‘Log in’, you will be directed to the log in screen. Enter your e-mail address and password, and click ‘Log in’.

You can request an account from any page on our website. There is an icon in the upper right corner that looks like a person, along with the text ‘My account’. By clicking the icon and choosing ‘New account’, you will be directed to the screen where you can request a user account. Please fill out the form and click ‘Submit’.
Your request will be redirected to our colleagues, who will process your data. They will contact you within one workday.
After logging in to your Lumi Parts account, you can manage your account via ‘My account’. By clicking the header ‘Account and addresses’, you can enter multiple shipping addresses. In addition to this, you can give your colleagues access to your account by using the amenities available in the ‘User management’ section.
After logging in, you can manage your account’s users by clicking ‘My account’ and then choosing ‘User Management’. This section allows you to enter contact details for each user, to (de)activate user accounts and to determine an order limit for each user.
After clicking ‘My account’ and choosing ‘Login’, click the text ‘I forgot my password’. Enter your e-mail address, and click ‘Send me a password-reset link’. You will receive an e-mail containing a link, which will enable you to choose a new password after clicking it. After these steps, you can log in the way you are used to, using your new password.
Lumi Parts is open during office hours from Monday to Friday from 08:30 until 17:00. Exceptions on this rule are New Years Day, Easter Monday, Kings Day, Ascension Day, Pentecost Monday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day: Lumi Parts is closed during these National Holidays. Should other opening hours apply, we will inform you through our website.

The carrier that will deliver your order is chosen based on your delivery address and the size of the shipment. This way we can ensure that your order is always delivered at the optimum balance between delivery time and price.
The sales department will assess whether Lumi Parts can sell her products to your company. You can send your company details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure you include your company name, address and VAT number in the request.
You can place your order on our website, or you can send an e-mail to email@example.com. After reception of your order, our Customer Care team will process and confirm the order. Our assembly department and warehouse will prepare your order afterwards. When the products are ready, we will send your order to the requested shipping address.
The delivery date for items you already ordered, is visible on the order confirmation. In case of a change in the delivery date, our Customer Care team will contact you and send you a new confirmation of the delivery date.
Would you like to know the delivery time, but you haven’t placed an order yet? You can easily check the availability of an item on our website.
On the page of the product you’d like, you can fill in the quantity you’re looking for at the box stating ‘Check stock’. The website will indicate whether the product is available. In some cases, it will be necessary to contact our Customer Care team for an exact delivery date.
The Customer Care team is always available for help. You can inquire after your order by phone or e-mail, we will quickly look into the status of your delivery. Please keep your order number on hand, so we can track your shipment quickly.
After the Customer Care team has processed your order, they will send you a confirmation. Please have a look at this document when you receive it, so we can process any changes in a timely manner. Did we make a mistake? Please inform us through e-mail or phone, and we will correct it as soon as we can. If you’d like to make a change in your order, please send us an e-mail with your request, or send us a reply on the order confirmation. This way we can be sure we will process your request correctly.
You can easily check the stock on our website.
On the page containing the product, you can fill in the required amount in the box ‘Check stock’. The website will indicate whether the item is available in this quantity. Sometimes it’s necessary to get in touch with the Customer Care team for an exact delivery time.

Needless to say, you are welcome to contact our colleagues to find out which criteria apply to your specific situation.
The warranty on all Lumi Parts’ items is 3 years after the date mentioned on the invoice. Should exceptions to this rule apply, then we will always send you a written confirmation. However, if the product is used or installed in other ways than Lumi Parts indicates, then the warranty will no longer apply. It is possible that Lumi Parts might not be able to sell her products to you directly. Our colleagues from the Sales department will give you advice on where to buy our products. They always take into account the location of your company, to help you find a supplier near you.
As soon as the Customer Care team finishes processing your order, they will send you an e-mail containing an order confirmation. Hereafter, the order will be prepared by our Assembly and Warehouse teams.
An installation manual is included in the packaging of every fixture. This manual explains how to install the item. Needless to say, our colleagues are always available should questions arise!
The IES file for your product is available on our website. Type the item number in the search bar on our website, click on the picture of the product and you will be redirected to the product page. Below the product specifications, you can find the IES file.

If you are one of our customers and you already have an account on our website, you can access our prices online. The price and your discount have been added to the product page of each item.
If you are customer, but you do not have an account, then you can request an account through our website. This account will give you access to the prices as well as your discount and insight into our stock. It also offers the possibility to download our public price list.
If you are not a customer, then it is not possible to see our prices. The company selling our products to you will be able to tell you the prices. If you would like to become our customer, you can send us a request through our contact form on the website. Our colleagues from the Sales department will be in touch with you regarding your request.
We probably are! Our most popular items are listed on our website, but there are countless other possible products that we can help you with.
